What does RallyProp do?
RallyProp provides real-time alerts and summaries for federal innovation and R&D opportunities (e.g., SBIR/STTR, BAAs, CSOs, and related sources).
How do alerts work?
You set your preferences in the app, and we send notifications when new opportunities (or meaningful changes) match what you care about.
Which sources do you monitor?
We monitor a growing set of federal innovation sources, including SBIR-related portals and other government opportunity sources. The current list may evolve as we add coverage.
I'm not receiving notifications. What should I check?
Confirm notifications are enabled for RallyProp in your device settings, verify your saved searches or alert settings in the app, and ensure you are signed into the correct account.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the platform where you subscribed (App Store / Google Play) or within the app if your plan was created through web checkout.
How do I delete my account?
Email support with your account email address and a brief request to delete your account. We will confirm and process the request.
How can I report a bug or incorrect opportunity data?
Send us the opportunity title (or link/ID) and what looks wrong. Screenshots help. We'll investigate and correct it if needed.
