PIEE Solicitation Module
RallyProp monitors the public PIEE Solicitation Module so DoD notices that live behind piee.eb.mil show up in Intel Lanes with a real title, deadline, office, and permalink — not a “login and search” stub from SAM.gov.
What is PIEE?
The Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) is DoD's enterprise procure-to-pay system. Its Solicitation Module is where contracting offices post notices, attachments, and Q&A for vendors — including solicitations that never get a full description on SAM.gov.
RallyProp treats PIEE as a first-class source (source_system = PIEE), alongside DSIP, SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and MTEC — not as an OTHER sub-source.
Why PIEE Notices Matter
Completes SAM.gov stubs
Many SAM.gov rows only say “Login at piee.eb.mil and search for this ID.” PIEE is where the actual subject, description, and response date live.
Public permalinks
Each notice has an unauthenticated public posting link, so RallyProp can deep-link without a PIEE login.
Real response clocks
Response dates include a named US timezone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific). RallyProp stores the local calendar date and a UTC instant without guessing UTC midnight.
Office + set-aside context
Contracting office, PSC, NAICS, and set-aside code come through on the listing so Intel Lanes can filter the same way they do for SAM.gov.
