• CLIN 0002 location: The grid is for Wright Army Airfield at Fort Stewart, not Hunter Army Airfield, so the wage determination question is resolved by correcting the location.
• Equipment specs: No ADA toilets with sinks; standard dual-spigot potable hand-wash stations; dumpsters emptied every two days; LED light towers acceptable, run nearly 24/7 on diesel, with on-site refueling allowed.
• Logistics: Equipment setup from October 27 to 8:00 am on each location's first day; pickup from 6:00 pm on the last day to 8:00 am the next day. Driver names due by October 27. Government escorts available. No minimum insurance required.
