Monolithic Graphene–CMOS Broadband (UV-LWIR) Focal Plane Arrays for target detection in low-light conditions
The Navy seeks monolithic graphene-CMOS focal plane arrays that detect targets across ultraviolet to long-wave infrared wavelengths in low-light conditions. This technology would replace multiple incumbent detector systems, reducing size, weight, cost, and complexity while improving naval imaging capabilities for multi-domain operations.
