Amendment 0002 Changes

Added liquidated damages clause: Contractors must pay $5,534.00 per calendar day for any delays beyond the contract completion date. Damages continue accruing if the Government terminates the contractor's right to proceed and are in addition to excess repurchase costs under the Termination clause.
