Restroom and Shower Trailer Rental

The description's attachment text was swapped out. The old text was a Services Wage Determination (Attachment 3, mostly garbled wage-rate listings). The new text is the Statement of Work (Attachment 1, dated 08/17/2026) for a turnkey rental of shower and restroom trailers at JBSA Lackland.

Key requirements now visible:

• Scope: Three 8-station shower trailers and three 8-station restroom trailers, delivered, set up and operational within 72 hours of award. The contractor supplies water fill and generators.
• Trailer specs: Private lockable stalls, hot and cold water, HVAC, LED lighting, steps with handrails, and GFCI-protected outlets. Fresh water tank of at least 100 gallons. Waste tanks of at least 350 gallons (restrooms) and 300 gallons (showers).
• Service levels: Pumping and cleaning twice weekly, with no more than 3 days between services. A third weekly service may be requested, and it is priced as a separate CLIN. Repairs must be completed within 48 hours of notification.
• Period of performance: Six months from set-up acceptance, followed by demobilization and pickup. Work hours are 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
• Compliance: OSHA, AFOSH and COE safety standards. Environmental rules cover spill response, cleanup at the contractor's cost, and a ban on discharge to soil or storm drains.
