Operations & Maintenance (O&M) & Modernization for GSA Real Estate Exchange (G-REX)

The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks industry input on capabilities for modernizing and maintaining the GSA Real Estate Exchange (G-REX), a mission-critical Appian-based platform supporting the Public Buildings Service (PBS) in delivering optimal real estate acquisitions to American taxpayers. Both Operations & Maintenance and modernization services are required, with vendors having the option to propose their preferred modernization approach from the available options.
