Technical Objective
The Defense Health Agency seeks a modernized, cloud-capable, and joint-interoperable medical modeling and simulation solution to support realistic, scenario-based medical planning estimates for large-scale combat operations (LSCO), Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA), and humanitarian assistance/disaster relief (HADR) missions.
